Plant Fest 2025
The online shop will be down until early next week as we pack up some great plants for the fall Plant Fest sale at Clackamas Community College. If you are in the Oregon area this weekend will be one of the best plant sales around! Just in time for some soil wetting fall rains as well. You should come and find some amazing deals on end of the season bulbs, alpine plants, rock garden specialties and rare and unusual perennials and even some shrubs for your garden! The illahe table will have some specialties we don’t offer online in larger sizes like our shuttle pots. How about Dendromecon harfordii, the Channel Islands Tree Poppy, that is a special shrub you don’t see just anywhere. Or some rare perennials like Phlomoides tuberosa and Salvia ringens to plant for an amazing show next summer! We will have our usual great selection of rock garden and alpine plants with some fantastic plants like Pulsatilla, Edraianthus, Clematis coactilis, Dianthus, Townsendia’s, Verbascum rupicola, Dwarf fall blooming alliums, South African winter blooming oxalis to brighten the long winter nights and a host of flower bulbs offered at a discount!

As if that is not a reason enough to attend, the Hardy Plant Society of Oregon has a host of other great nurseries coming: Alpine Gardens | Black Dog Gardens & Nursery | Dancing Oaks Nursery and Gardens | Green Seed Gardens | Kiona Native Plants | Lux Perennials Nursery | N&M Herb Nursery | Out in the Garden Nursery | Plethora of Primula | Rancho Cacto |
Rarity Garden Peonies | thicket | Van Hevelingen Herb Nursery CCC Student Growers & Artists | Kneighborhood Knives | Oregon Association of Nurseries | Southbound Ceramics | Wild Wisdom Wool Pellet Co.
This is a fantastic fall lineup! Also, Lisa Graff of Lux Perennials Nursery with her talk, The Power of Fall Planting: Long-Blooming Perennials for Color from Spring to Fall.
