I’m doing my best to go through the Colchicum collection and make revisions to names based on the newly minted monograph. This name seems to correspond to the cultivar named ‘innocence’. As with all the x byzantinum cultivars this is thought to have garden origins dating way back with some C. cilicicum in the parentage.
