This is a Holubec introduction from 1800meters up Mt. Etna. Can’t find much on the interwebs about it except that it appears to be a narrow endemic. The spelling of the species may be a bit different than Holubec used.
I have not bloomed these, but they are nice rosettes, and it appears to be another dynamite wallflower for your rock garden!
