One of the best fall bloomers I have ever seen, starting in the end of September the blue and white striped trumpets start to appear from understated foliage. With it’s tidy clumping habit and tough disposition this is a winner for any garden. I grow it in 18” of sand that is overlaid on a fertile clay soil that makes up my raised display bed on the South side of the property.
