The Wenatchee mountain rockrose! Such a stunning show stopping plant for the rock garden, or pot culture. The huge apricot flowers, in late spring/early summer are often followed by a fall repeat. The succulent leaves are a dark green and showy even out of season. Forms a large taproot and should be given a deep root run, with a well draining soil and topdressing to protect from rotting at the crown.
