An unknown hybrid from the legends of rock gardening at the Denver Botanic Garden, this appears to be heavily parented by bifida, based on it’s foliage which is long and linear.
The bright pink flowers with a purple starfish center have cleft petals. It’s a dynamite bloomer, tough and drought tolerant. Probably deserves a name but for now I guess it’s just a bastard foster child with absentee parents that deserves better.
