Fantastic cushion plant from the European alps, tossed between Androsace and Douglasia at times. The silvery cushion can get smothered with yellow flowers. Easy and tough, the specimen in the sand bed was covered with an inch of ice and saw temps down to 14 degrees last winter. Good drainage and sunshine are two ingredients for it to thrive. Perfect crevice, rock garden plant.
